Andy Perez, Jr. has been a roofing contractor for many years. It's not unusual for him to be called out to bid on a job and find himself telling the customer, "I put this roof on when I was in high school." 

That's because Andy began his roofing contractor career working for his father, Andy Perez, Sr., who founded Hanford Roofing company in 1968.

The elder Perez started the company with the motto, "Modern Methods with Old Fashioned Courtesy and Integrity." And that slogan remains the bulwark principle by which the company operates. To date, the company has installed new roofs on over 10,000 projects.

Today both Andy Perez, Jr. and his brother, Dennis, run the day-to-day operations. Andy meets with customers, submits bids to customers, and manages the business. Dennis oversees installations and production.

Andy is very involved in the community and is a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Elks Lodge.
